Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product to us. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included.
We will inspect the returned product upon receipt and if it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the product is faulty or not as described.
Note that we may charge NZD2 for restocking fee on return order.
