This SF1-0812 oilless bushing has a nominal inner diameter 8 mm, outer diameter 10 mm and length 12 mm. Its wall thickness is 1.01 mm.
SF-1 Oilless Bushing material structure:
1. Mixture of PTFE and Pb lead 0.01 - 0.03mm for wear resistance.
2. Porous bronze powder 0.2 - 0.3mm for lubrication performance and wear resistance.
3. Steel backing 0.7 - 2.3mm for lubrication performance and facilitation of heat transfer.
4. Electroplated coating: 0.005mm of tin coating or 0.008mm of copper coating.
