This is a flange bush, also known as a flanged bushing or flanged sleeve bearing, is a type of bearing that is commonly used in mechanical applications. It consists of a cylindrical sleeve with a flange on one end that provides a flat surface for the bearing to rest against.

Flange bushes are designed to be pressed or inserted into a housing, where they provide a low-friction surface for a rotating shaft or other moving part to slide against. They are typically made of materials such as bronze, steel, or plastic, depending on the specific application requirements.

One of the primary advantages of using flange bushes is that they can help to reduce friction and wear between moving parts, which can extend the life of the machinery and reduce maintenance costs. They can also help to dampen vibration and reduce noise in some applications.

Flange bushes are commonly used in a variety of industrial and automotive applications, including in motors, pumps, compressors, and agricultural equipment. They are available in a range of sizes and materials to accommodate different types of machinery and operating conditions.

The key benefits of Oilless Bushings are
High precision
High speed
Low noise
Wear resistance

This SF1-F08100 oilless bushing has a nominal inner diameter 8 mm, outer diameter 10/15 mm and length 10 mm. Its wall thickness is 1 mm.

SF-1 Oilless Bushing material structure:
1. Mixture of PTFE and Pb lead 0.01 - 0.03mm for wear resistance.
2. Porous bronze powder 0.2 - 0.3mm for lubrication performance and wear resistance.
3. Steel backing 0.7 - 2.3mm for lubrication performance and facilitation of heat transfer.
4. Electroplated coating: 0.005mm of tin coating or 0.008mm of copper coating.
