3/16 x 3/8 x 1/8 inch (SR166-ZZ Ceramic) Inch Bearing

This 3/16 x 3/8 x 1/8 inch (SR166-ZZ Ceramic) bearing is an imperial deep groove ball bearing. The SR166-ZZ Ceramic inner diameter is 3/16 in (4.775 mm), the SR166-ZZ Ceramic outer diameter is 3/16 inch (9.525 mm), the SR166-ZZ Ceramic width is 1/8 inch (3.175 mm).

This bearing has non-contact metal shield on one side, and rubber seal on the other side to protect the bearing from dust or any possible contamination, which can extend bearing life, and retain the lubricant in the bearing.


The balls are made of Si3N4 Silicon Nitride ceramic.Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) ceramic bearings are 30% lighter than steel and 40% stronger. They have an incredible maximum spin rating of 300,000 rpm under load. These bearings are great for fishing reels and other applications that require fast spinning rate and resistant for rust and corrosion. Librication is generally not required with ceramic bearings.
